January Member of the Month - Jamey "Digger" Segraves
Images: jameymotm.jpg
Members voted for Digger this month. Digger joined us about a year ago and almost right away seemed as if he been here all along. He fits right in with the rest of us.... a lil crazy, fun to be around and...did I mention, a lil crazy. Ok Digger, in your own words, why do you deserve MOTM? ... No, wait... we only have so much web space.. Maybe next time you can tell us... Congratulations.

No Limits Kustoms is a non-profit car, truck and bike club based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. We travel as a club to events all over the Southeast. While some clubs focus on how many members they can get and the quality of the rides, we focus on the quality of our members and what impact we can have on our community. Our club is made up of good people that become great friends. We support other car clubs in the area with thier efforts also. To us, this is not a competition, but an honor that we are able to make an impact. Some of our custom rides have shown up in magazines and on videos. Our club is made up of members with various skills that allow us to do almost entirely all of our own work. From body and paint, to airbags and lifts, NLK has a member with the knowledge to get it done.

Through-out the year we will hold shows and fundraisers to support local charities. In 2009, we donated to The United Ceberal Palsy of West Alabama, The American Red Cross and the Salvation Army. In addition we adopted a local family to help with making their Christmas wishes come true. This was possible due to the the support of our great community. Our Adopt-A-Family program is our most important cause. Each year we make sure that we are able to help make a Christmas dream come true. We not only provide a few gifts, but we provide a true Christmas dream. We will provide hundreds of gifts to families. We also provide a large feast for them. The most important part, at least to us, is that we actually deliver all of this in our custom rides and do a "personal car show" right in their yard. We make the family feel like they are special for the day, because to us, they are.

If you are interested in learning more about us, drop us a line and we will be glad to contact you. If you are an area business that would like a partnership with our orginization, just contact us. We will be glad to work with you.

NLK's annual Christmas Tradition continued in 2009. We adopted a local family to try and bring the Christmas magic back to them. We delivered over 100 gifts and a large Christmas feast to the family on.  The magic in the kid's eyes was truly a blessing. Look in Misc Pics for photos from that special day.
We urge everyone to get involved with this program. Even if you provide one gift through the Angel Tree, that is a gift a child may not have got. Contact your local Salvation Army for more details. Tell them No Limits Kustoms sent ya!
